In order to expand our Belgian Actito team,we are looking for a Product Manager for our office in Louvain-la-Neuve.

Job Brief :

  • As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product.
  • You will have an end-to-end responsibility throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will focus on understanding customer needs, developing product plans, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams and customers, to gather insights and shape the product. By understanding the "why" behind our products, you will provide clear direction to your cross-functional team and prioritize initiatives that meet market demands and customer expectations.
  • You will leverage data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of product features.
  • You will track progress, drive actions to improve user retention and product adoption, and continuously seek opportunities for product enhancement.

Responsibilities :

  • Constantly learn more about the marketing industry and Actito’s products to become a product expert and be able to anticipate business needs.
  • Identify and define the next product iterations.
  • Refine the product positioning and messaging.
  • Manage the product throughout the entire lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
  • Fully embrace the product Trio principle (Product Manager - Product Designer - Technical Lead) and foster a strong collaborative outcome-driven approach with your team.
  • Create, maintain & prioritize our product backlog(s) to maximize the business value.
  • Collect, manage and maintain stakeholders’ feedback.
  • Run product discovery programs in line with product strategy and your scope of responsibilities.
  • Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, and relevant technology.
  • Develop relationships with key clients (B2B).
  • Guard a customer-centric & researcher-centric solution.
  • Identify any key issues or risks that impact the meeting of pre-established targets, propose and implement solutions and improvements, and communicate proactively about changes or the status of initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field; business or engineering preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience enabling high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies, agile practices, and user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse perspectives.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance short-term objectives and long-term vision.
  • Domain-specific experience with community-based platform applications is a bonus.
  • Software Security experience is a plus.
  • Positive service-oriented personality.
