The service has evolved into a sales engagement platform with a focus on customer conversation management.As a product marketeer, you will focus on our product’s innovative benefits and its many features, scaling-up the knowledge and understanding of our pioneering service to employees, partners, and customers. The first year’s key objective is the launch of the Skedify Academy: a certifiable learning platform for employees, customers, and partners. Our product marketeer will be the driver of product messaging and market research. You will liaise with demand-generation marketing teams and sales teams, helping them place Skedify’s product into their organisations.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Product positioning and messaging:
    Developing and maintaining differentiated positioning and tailored messaging according to client business need. Understanding and documenting critical business- and technical benefits for our ICPs.

  • Skedify Academy:
    Developing, building, and maintaining Skedify Academy, our burgeoning learning platform for clients, partners, and employees. Developing and delivering free online training content for concise, practical courses that lead to professional certifications.

  • Go-to-market plans:
    Developing and leading the execution of our go-to-market plans for major, new features. Liaising closely with internal and external sales and product teams.

  • Sales enablement:
    Communicating our value proposition to the sales team and developing sales tools and collateral that support our sales processes.

  • Market Intelligence:
    Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of industry trends, competitor capabilities, and customer needs.


Your Skills

  • As the Skedify Academy owner, you have excellent project management skills, with an exceptional focus on organisation and multi-tasking while maintaining precise attention to detail.

  • As you manage knowledge-sharing internally and externally, you are able to build credibility and relationships across all functions and levels to influence a diverse set of stakeholders.

  • Your excellent oral and written communication skills allow you to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences.

  • You have a deep understanding of the functional and technical aspects of a B2B SaaS offering.

  • You are a goal-driven, ambitious team player and a quick learner; willing to hit the ground running.

  • Experience with a learning platform is a plus.

  • Perfect grasp of the English language, both verbal and written.
