The Challenge:

Does working on a fast pace digital transformation excite you? If yes, you might be the B2B/BEES Product Owner we are looking for, you will have a direct impact on shaping the end to end process!

Join us and you’ll be responsible for continuous improvement of customers experience and the B2B e-commerce websites at the best beer company in the world. You’ll take the lead from day one, speak your mind and grow your career faster than you thought possible.

The B2B/BEES Product Owner will also bring innovative functionalities to our customers, own the product visions, get an in-depth understanding of customer needs, align those needs with country stakeholders, define value creation of new features and collaborate efficiently with the Development Team.

The Role:
  • Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
  • Understand and define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
  • Regularly connect with external and internal customers and work together with them to get a clear understanding of the current e-commerce platform experience and unmet customer needs
  • Define a clear customer journey throughout the B2B e-commerce website and identify pain points and opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Prioritize clear Product Backlog that gives a complete and structured view of the developments needed and guide the Scrum Team what to work on next.
  • Enable development team to implement items in product backlog by clear feature refinement and objective setting

Who we’re looking for:
  • Experience in kicking-off new Projects, Products, or Scrum Teams
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English
