Product Owner Industrial Applications

We are looking for:
As Product Owner of Performance Management, you are making Industry 4.0 a reality at Solvay, for plant managers and operators alike.
Performance Management is an internal product with the aim of improving the ways our plants work through digital solutions. This is done by digitizing paper processes in plants, delivering them the right insights at the right time and automating the global OEE calculations.
At the intersection between business, technology and user experience, you are the agile driving force of the team. You are responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the squad: removing impediments, clarifying what needs to be delivered, aligning with stakeholders, co-create the roadmap, etc. All this with the support of your colleagues in the Product and Platform organization

You will bring:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar through experience
• 5+ years experience in a Product/service ownership role
• Experience in agile ways of working
• Experience with Industry 4.0 is a plus
• High accountability and team spirit values
• Result-oriented & customer-centered
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
