Within the SME/LE Enabling & Connectivity Operations Tribe we are looking for a strong Product Owner, responsible for achieving our ONE VOICE in SALES ambitions.

During the past years, Telenet Business grew, not only in number of clients, but also in product and landscape complexity. Within our ONE VOICE in SALES ambitions, we want to harmonize the full set of sales capabilities across the organization and put in place the best platforms and tools, enabling us to become THE preferred partner for our SME and LE clients. As a product owner, you act as primary liaison towards the different stakeholders, turn a clear vision into a product roadmap and guide the organization towards a successful program execution.

How will you spend your days?
  • You act as a servant leader as you proactively support and stimulate people to self-organize and foster close collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • You provide direction by bringing clarity to the Squad on WHAT the Squad needs to deliver and WHY this has to happen.
  • You proactively drive prioritization, ensure alignment and manage expectations with all involved stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for managing the backlogbefore a sprint starts, by prioritizing and clarifying the work to be done.
  • You inspect and adapt by monitoring the realization of the Product Backlog and taking necessary steps in case of drawbacks or blockers.
