Job Description

The position holder is responsible for product portfolio and lifecycle management of Diagnostic Imaging Platform Software DTX Studio Clinic and a suite of legacy software applications within one of three regions (North America, EU, APAC). The focus of this role is to design our go-to-market strategy for the region, feedback information from the market (needs, requirements, regulatory considerations) into the R&D and QM/QA organization.

This role is responsible for assembling committed business cases together with the regional sales and marketing organizations. Together with the regional marketing organization, this role will develop the key product/system features and value propositions and define the target customer segments, support workflow and training, initiate global promotion packs/sales offers and track the progress of market entry and penetration.

Position holder will ensure competitive offering / solutions are being developed and introduced to the market according to ITM. Secures and executes launches for the purposes of market entry and new versions. Initiates creation of material for marketing campaigns (guiding respective departments) for Digital Dentistry software solutions. Is responsible for Product Life Cycle management of the software portfolio in the respective region.

Position holder is part of the DTX management team and contributes to definition of strategy and product innovations. Supports the team in cross functional BU activities (e.g. pre-launch activities, regulatory processes, training, etc.)

Position holder will closely collaborate with a shared resource for project management. Goal is to support this dedicated project manager in executing successful launch projects and other activities related to go-to-market.

Job Requirements

Critical Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of market environment in Diagnostic and Treatment Planning Software.

Understanding of clinical workflows, purchase decision criteria and the market environment with detailed knowledge of competitive landscape.

Ability to formulate value propositions that resonate with target audience in respective region.

Ability to engage with DSO C-level executives on joint strategy roadmap planning and execution.

Critical Skills

structured personality, focus on high quality and timely deliverables, ability to work in matrix organisation on highly interconnected projects, ability to handle stress and workload peeks, ability to travel globally, strong interpersonal skills required.

Critical Experience

Experience in Medical Device manufacturing industry and understanding of legal and regulatory implications of sofwtare solutions planning surgical interactions and also storing and exchanging sensitive patient information
