Working in the Robotics sales support team, you will be working with end customers, partners and internal teams to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will perform various support activities to assist in the development, launch, demonstration and tests of robot products, applications and software as well as technically support Front End Sales in Robotics BNL.

Your responsibilities

  • First line product support to end customers, partners and internal colleagues.
  • Helping to resolve customer issues with Robot products, applications, software — which may involve visiting customer sites in the BNL
  • Registration and follow-up on quality issues with all involved parties
  • Identifying new needs or enhancements on existing portfolio and creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Delivering training in new robot products, applications and software to internal teams and customers
  • Preparing price lists and quotes for review and approval
  • Working with others to define marketing plans and tools, while promoting sales activities.

Your background

  • 3-5 years of working experience in automation, working with robots and robotic applications
  • Sound knowledge of robots, robot applications is necessary
  • Electrical and mechanical Engineering background
  • Software skills, good knowledge of structured programming languages
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written).
  • Self-learning capabilities are required
  • Highly motivated, open to learn fast and serve with passion.
