Junior Production Manager

Location: Headquarters, Roeselare

Are you ready to take the next step in your production career? Our client, a forward-thinking SME specializing in custom-made kitchen production, is expanding and seeking a Junior Production Manager to join their dynamic team. The company manages both sales and production internally and operates a wide network of showrooms across Flanders and Wallonia.

What will you do?

  • Monitor and adjust daily production planning to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track orders, including additional requests and changes, to guarantee seamless processing.
  • Handle administrative duties such as verifying and closing files and following up on maintenance.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
  • Support and improve the 5S workplace organization system.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and launching new products.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and oversee their implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Production Manager on various tasks.
  • Serve as a backup to ensure continuity during absences of key personnel.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong focus on safety and quality with excellent process-oriented thinking.
  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • Leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
