About the Role: Project Analyst

MindGap is seeking a Project Analyst with a keen eye for detail, a passion for data analysis, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and a deep curiosity for the healthcare industry.

As a Project Analyst, you will play a key role in our projects, taking full ownership of data analysis while also leading both internal and client communications. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where your insights will directly contribute to the success of our research initiatives.

Job requirements:

• Master’s degree in statistics, psychology, engineering, data science, economics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and key stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to decision-making
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and focus on achieving results
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
• Interest or experience in the healthcare sector

Job tasks:

• Perform in-depthqualitative and quantitative analysison healthcare related research projects
• Applying qualitative and quantitative analytical models with the goal of maximizing the efficiency and the clarity of thedata analysisandcreating value for the customers
• Prepare reports and presentationsin PowerPoint, summarizing key findings and insights and developing business recommendations
• Communicate project updates effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution
