Project and Process Support Officer
  • Rate: DOE
  • Location: Belgium/Poland/UK
  • Contract: 6 months (will extend)

Assignment Description
An industry leading client of mine is looking for a Project and Process Officer who will play a key part in improved maturity of the team and will be required to collaborate to their “continuous improvement’ roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Creation of Standard Operating Procedure - SOP
  • Translate controls into actionable requirements. Write business requirements of a solution that will support day-to-day activity
  • Documentation of E2E processes & governance
  • Project support activities (i.e. management of actions plans, creation of governance meeting packs and minutes, etc.)
  • Gather information from a large group of IT & Business stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Practical experience in Documentation of processes and procedures
  • must have demonstrated strong ability with business analysis tools (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, MS Word…)
  • Broad knowledge of Information Security & IT security is a plus
  • Knowledge and/or experience in financial services is mandatory
