How can you contribute?

Eurofins is currently applying new IT and its infrastructure strategy changes to face new security challenges across regions. A key aspect is related to the changes of its Information Systems (EurIS) in which the central and regional web-based Marketing & Offer applications ComLIMS are essentials.

Eurofins’ ComLIMS Program (ComLIMS is derived from Communication and Laboratory Information Management System)consists of two internally developed web applications and a range of additional services (including reporting, data and business intelligence) which support our internal customers - the Eurofins laboratories worldwide - in their day-to-day activities related to sales and production processes of the analytical services offered to Eurofins customers. It is at the heart of the Eurofins strategy enabling efficient cross-selling between laboratories. Components of the Program and its data are used by a wide range of Eurofins applications making it a key Program within the international Eurofins Group.

You will be as one member of ComLIMS PMO (PMO is Project Management Office) to participate into and take care of the management of ComLIMS PMO team missions such as Program’ Service Cards, Cost Models and SLA/OLA as well as the ComLIMS SharePoint sites administration, Team organizations, Resource management and organizational charts, governance, Internal processes and KPI, Risk and Security Management and Internal Auditing.

As a Project Coordinator, you will aim to care, support, coach and train as needed the whole ComLIMS Program on the below missions:

• Program’ Service Cards, Cost Models and Service Level Agreements as well as the ComLIMS SharePoint sites administration i.e. make our offered services crystal clear to our internal customers (Eurofins business), and our internal CMS (site) well governed
• Team organizations, Resource management and organizational charts, governance i.e. getting team structure, people, charts, Credit System, Team building, etc. up to date and well governed
• Internal processes and KPI i.e. governing our list of processes, drive evolutions as needed, train and coach teams, look after our KPIs, make them qualitative, in an automated/efficient way and make them available to all stakeholders, and help on analysing them or suggesting remediation actions
• Manage of a few Transversal Projects i.e., Project Coordinators care about a few projects at Program level, when they require transversal coordination between more than two ComLIMS teams or supporting a team when it cannot afford to care of the coordination
• Risk and Security Management i.e. care about risk management for the ComLIMS Program, measure them and propose mitigations; govern and enforce internally the proper security policies
• Internal Auditing i.e. support manager needs by performing some internal auditing, share reporting and coach teams for any process, risk, security or KPI where it brings a value

Qualifications

You will be part of the ComLIMS PMO team (4 persons) and be involved in ComLIMS transversal projects typically related to internal organization, processes, efficiency, KPIs, Resource Management, DMS evolution etc.

Ideally you will have an IT background education such as computer science, information system management, project management or software development, with experience in an international environment

We are looking for someone who will:

• Build up good relationships with ComLIMS and Eurofins teams, especially Management, Product Owners, Development Managers, Release/Operations and Support teams; facilitate smooth coordination and communication
• Contribute in ComLIMS PMO projects and good collaboration with ComLIMS PMO members, be involved in projects actively
• Develop each project by project management process independently or peer working with other CL PMO members: collection requirement, investigation, design, proposal, approval, implementation, review and documentation
• Respect the deadline and priorities of project to complete them with acceptable outputs by good design and plan, following up status daily and matching changing requirements
• Who has worked and/or eager to learn in terms of methodology and technical knowledge such as project management, process management, Agile/Scrum, CMS/SharePoint, Excel macro, SQL language, even DevOps etc.
• Have an open mind for design and proposal, carefulness and precise implementation
• Acquire rapidly a working knowledge of Eurofins EurIS systems, starting with ComLIMS, underlying concepts and models, as well as the processes and practices of the team
• Develop appropriate working relationships with IT and non-IT target groups in Eurofins. Actively support reuse and sharing within the wider EurIS community

Technical knowledge:

• Knowledge/Experience of CMS/SharePoint is a plus.
• Knowledge/Experience of Excel macro is a plus.
• Knowledge/Experience of SQL or even T-SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge/Experience of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Knowledge /Experience of scripting (VTL, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge /Experience of UML is a plus.
• Knowledge /Experience of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS is a plus.
• Knowledge/Experience of DevOps, Azure, GIT is a plus.
• Knowledge /Experience of ASP.NET (Framework 3.5/4.0). MVC 3 or above, WebAPI is a plus.
