As a project coordinator you will be dealing with a wide range of project management supportive tasks, financial tasks and administrative tasks to assist the project management team in delivering a variety of projects in an international environment. Key Tasks-

  • Review project management process updates and update project management team on changes in approvals, reviews, reporting, etc.
  • Draft, review and upload contracts into project dashboard contract management system.
  • Create with the vendors and the financial teams the Project Orders (PO’s).
  • Work with the contractors and stakeholders to gather all required contractual, financial and supportive documentation.
  • Monitor contracts from submissions through final approvals.
  • Track project requests and ensuring project status and supportive documentation is provided in Portal.
  • Review and track weekly reports updates by contractor and project management teams.
  • Work with the PM and the commercial teams to create quarterly budget asks
  • Attendance of monthly commercial reviews with contractors and review of invoices on a monthly basis, to ensure control of project budget and contractor claims.
  • Review Milestone Dates bi-weekly on project dashboard to confirm reporting accurately.
  • Carry out monthly cash flow forecasts, the variance reports and the monthly & quarterly accrual reports.
  • Preparation of required weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintain and track meeting minutes.
  • Process access requests.
  • Assist with onboarding new vendors.

  • Profil

    • You hold Bachelor Degree or Higher
    • Ideally Project coordinator experience (3-5+ years) working on multi-million Euro construction projects
    • Strong background in technical Documentation and project-specific databases
    • Experience in managing and controlling documents and in documentation
    • Fluent in English/French
    • Communication and team skills, initiative and dedication
    • Very structured and meticulous way of working
