Job Description

Plan, budget, organize and oversee the execution of projects within the engineering department in order to achieve optimal delivery of these projects.
  • From the beginning, you will be actively involved in various ongoing small and larger projects, such as automation projects, process studies, architectural assignments, preparing risk analyses, introducing pump technologies, energy management ... variety guaranteed in a unique production process!
  • After an induction period you will be responsible from A to Z for the assigned improvement and expansion projects; from analysis of the (technical) requirements and drawing up a budget request, to the coordination and monitoring of the work, to the final delivery and the effective start-up... within the predefined timing.
  • You participate in the mapping of safety risks of existing and new installations and help find effective solutions.
  • From the start of a project you take into account the applicable internal standards, general norms and legal provisions regarding safety and environment. When finishing the project, attention is also paid to the necessary as-built files, certificates, inspections, user instructions, maintenance instructions.
  • You organize the necessary training for our own technicians, as well as for the users.
  • You report to the Project Engineer and work in close consultation with colleagues from (process) engineering, production, maintenance and the Health & Safety Manager.
