With focus on the dimensions process, organization and technology, a new operating model was implemented to ensure a holistic and exhaustive approach across Region Europe.Since the launch in, March earlier this year, the emphasis has been on operating in the new way. With this experience in our backpack, it is now time to focus more on improvement opportunities that can elevate the organization to the next level. Some opportunities and initiatives have already been identified, and we are looking for someone to take a lead in driving these through with the support from the organization. At the same time there is a need to identify further improvement potential in achieving harmonization and simplification, but also to keep the pulse on the market to identify new trends and development opportunities.We are therefore looking for a Project Management Officer to join our team and to further strengthen the regional HR Operations.ResponsibilitiesAs our Project Management Officer you will be working with:
  • Ensuring progress of overall improvement agenda through a structured governance
  • Follow up progress of improvement initiatives across all the different functions, challenge and support where needed
  • Ensuring active prioritization across initiatives, in addition to mitigation of main risks
  • Identifying and drive new improvement initiatives and projects
  • Facilitating excellent collaboration with stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize and harmonize tasks
  • Prepare recommendation materials and presentations for relevant management teams
  • Contributing to the continuous development of the functional strategies and secure efficient implementation
  • Challenging established practices and processes when required and explaining complex solutions in a clear and compelling way
ProfileYou have relevant experience in managing projects, implement initiatives and/or programs within an organization. A higher degree-level education within a relevant field as well as relevant consultancy experience is considered an advantage. We work in an international setting, so you need to be fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing. Experience from working with change management and communication is considered a merit.As a person you have a strong sense of ownership and you take a proactive approach when identifying and following up on improvement initiatives and connected activities all the way to the end. You are solution-oriented with great troubleshooting skills. You can translate concepts and numbers to compelling storylines, and you have strong analytical skills. Excellent collaboration skills are a characteristic for you, and you naturally build and maintain networks.
