Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating all on-site activities for our office environment and room system installation projects. You will be the primary point of contact for our fitters, clients and installation partners, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality execution and customer satisfaction. You are hands-on, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This Includes
- Project Coordination from inception to completion (plan, schedule and monitor on-site activities, support fitters on documentation, ensure smooth collaboration)
- After sales orders
- Team management: organize and lead meetings for large projects, supervise installation teams
- Client & stakeholder communication; be the primary contact for our clients throughout the project and proactively address clients feedback and resolve complaints
- Documentation of project progress, monthly reports, track project timelines
- Quality assurance: monitor and enforce compliance and safety standards
Who you are:
We Are Looking For a Proactive And Extroverted Professional Who Is Comfortable Taking The Lead And Ensuring Accountability Across All Levels
- Extroverted and confident, with excellent communication skills
- not afraid to address team members or clients directly when necessary
- strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in installation or construction environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
- Fluent in NL, FR and EN.
