Project Manager - Customer Onboarding

Customs4trade (C4T) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing multi-functional Customer Onboarding & Implementation Services team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading implementation projects, from the scoping during the initial sales cycle through customer go live. You goal is to ensure that C4T customer implementation projects are delivered successfully, on time and budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end implementation project delivery management, with the goal of ensuring that our large enterprise customers effectively utilize our customs management software solution CAS
  
• Conduct project kickoff, check ins, and customer alignment sessions
• Manage data gathering requirement sessions, in consultation with an implementation consultant and customs expert, when needed
• Depending on the project size, implement the customers configuration within CAS
• Work with customers to understand their needs and help drive customer urgency
• Provide central planning and maintain customer project plans
• Engage, strategize, and cultivate deep relationships with senior level executives
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of C4T’s products
• Help train customers on how to utilize C4T’s platform
• Establish and maintain role as customer’s trusted advisor
• Liaise with product team to ensure that customer feedback impacts the product roadmap

Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise IT consulting and delivery experience in a technology consulting or a B2B SaaS software firm
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer projects
• Very good presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Working proficiency in French or German is a plus
• High level of energy & enthusiasm for logistics and customs - and if you don’t have a background in logistics the curiosity to learn about a new exciting market
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Able to work on your own as well as in team
