As a Project Manager for Homes Connect, your role will involve preparing, facilitating, and coordinating the execution of the Homes Connect activities. Our client aims to connect homes across various municipalities in Wallonia, ranging from 4,000 to 60,000 residential units per municipality. You will oversee multiple deployment projects simultaneously across different municipalities, working closely with Homes Connect Order Managers, Contract Managers, Operators, and Partners.

• Facilitate & support realization of Homes Connect by contractor​ in close cooperation with Homes Connect Order Manager(s)
• Coordination realization of drop cable, mount FTU, place patches in area POPs ​
• Coordination of installation of and/or remove patches at reactivation and termination orders​
• Ensure end-customer related processes (specifically appointment booking) will be customer centric

We expect our partners to take full ownership and responsibility for their respective scopes of work, and your role will be to facilitate, collaborate with, and manage these contractors regarding milestones, results, and any deviations in planning, timing, and quality. Throughout the rollout, you will align on planning, communicate with stakeholders, and act as the primary point of contact for escalations.

Your main objective is to achieve the Homes Connect phase of our deployment within the set time, budget, and quality parameters. Key success factors include maintaining a dedicated focus and the ability to balance time and budget goals while seeking solutions and ideas to continuously improve processes without losing sight of the overall outcome.

Moreover, you will work closely with our Contract Manager, providing input and ideas about our contractors’ performance. We place great importance on and strongly believe in fostering a good and productive working relationship.
