Overview

iCana is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for managing the product development of RF components for 5G Wireless Infrastructure.

The candidate will support the cross-functional management team to keep track of product timelines, milestone deliverables, sign-off documents, and final reports.

The candidate shall coordinate various developmental activities to bring arQana products through major milestones from definition, design, prototyping, verification, qualification into production. The candidate shall take a lead role in continuous improvement of product activity flow and capacity improvement to increase the overall efficiency of product development flow.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate work effort to bring the product to next milestone

2. Coordinate deliverables in MS Project for multiple project alignment and resource management

3. Scope resources for new product developments

4. Monitor development progress of each product in the company pipeline.

5. Prepare monthly reports on the product status, milestones, and deliverables.

6. Host team meetings to keep members up to date on timeline and deliverables.

7. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to weekly product development schedules.

8. Analyze work progress daily to anticipate potential delays and implement solutions to keep schedules on track.

Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in RF or Electronical Engineering or similar
  • PMP certified or the equivalent is a clear benefit
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or electronic test environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Project
  • NPI Project planning experience.
  • Quality control process knowledge added advantage
  • English spoken & written
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to drive for results
  • Strong analytical skills to identify solutions to problems
  • Demonstrate personal time management skills
