We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our client’s Digital Transformation team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving digital initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve customer experience, and support the overall success of our client’s digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and overseeing digital transformation projects.
  • Assist in establishing the PMO structure.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and create detailed project plans using methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate roadblocks or issues to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, take clear and concise notes, and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project deliverables meet all needs.
  • Document project processes and procedures using tools like Confluence and Veeva.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new digital tools and technologies.
Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
