We are looking for a BPO who will cover a key data domain within the data stream of TVH Innovatis with close collaboration across the different TVH Innovatis end-to-end processes .
The data management stream is a multi-year program that aims to redesign and shape our data governance processes and capabilities into scalable global processes, supported by new, future-proof IT solutions and a key enabler for the TVH Innovatis program.

To make the data program a success, we have to shift our mindset and step away from our current departmental thinking, and move towards end-to-end process thinking on all of our key data elements

We are in the process of selecting and onboarding the Global Process Owners (GPO) Data who is end-to-end responsible for design and delivery on these core data elements.
We can now start the next step, which is the recruitment of the Business Process Owners Data (BPO) Item data is present in all the different TVH Innovatis streams and sub-processes for example:

We are looking for a BPO who will cover the Item data stream across the different End-2-End processes.
If you have an in-depth understanding on one of the key data domains and can connect this to the different end-to-end processes, then the role of Business Process Owner can be the next challenge for you.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER

As part of the Global Process Owner organization, you support the design of the future Master Data Management processes for Item, starting with a detailed as-is assessment and process documentation

• You are co-responsible for the TO-BE data process design and drive the process documentation for the processes within your area of expertise
• You serve as primary liaison to the TVH business stakeholders to solicit input and confirm the design satisfies the requirements and is fit-for-purpose.
• You co-facilitate the TO-BE data process design workshops and report into the Global Process Owner on status and progress.
• You participate in cross functional design meetings and synchronize plans with other interfacing processes.
• You collaborate closely with GPO Data and TVH Innovatis BPO’s to shape consistent to-be data process across TVH E2E Processes
• You support the GPO data in shaping data organization and governance for your specific domain
• You align with global key (data) stakeholders within the organization and more specifically TVH Data Organization
• You support the change enablement and adoption to bring people together and ensure buy-in for the transformation on a global and local level.
  

Profiel

• You have a master’s degree, academic/professional bachelor in your area of expertise or equivalent.
• You have a deep understanding of your expertise area and TVH business specifics within this area.
• You have the right operational experience and a hands-on mindset.
• You are decisive, analytical, result-oriented and driven to get things done.
• You are able to handle resistance in a calm, measured way and are willing to recalibrate the plan if necessary.
• Given the global scope of the position, your English is excellent.
• You are able to multitask and are a creative problem-solver.
• You have strong organizational skills, are able to meet deadlines, and have excellent communication skills.
• You are a team player and are able to build relationships.
• You have 4 years of experience in your expertise area (data management and Item Master Data Management process)
