Description

Currently Kelly Services is hiring a Senior accountant to join the "dream-team".

Manager: Finance Manager Benelux

Responsibilities

Accounting A-Z
Postings bank statements, supplier invoices and editing and review manual sales invoices
Manage GL accounting of dedicated companies and complete timely monthly closing
Review and reconciliation of payroll and billing postings (fix, temp staffing and consulting services)
Assist in analysis (BPR, BS&IS, AR, Capex, …)
Back-up for Credit collection and payrolling/billing services
Cash flow management
Inter-company transactions, reconciliations and company consolidation
Set up VAT declarations, VAT listings, foreign VAT returns
Set up Statutory Accounts and Annual reports
Prepare tax income return
Assist in Internal and External Audits
Assist in ad-hoc projects (also in a Benelux perspective)

Profile

At least a Bachelor in accounting or finance
At least 3 years experience in an accounting responsible role
Good knowledge of payrolling services is an advantage.
Fluent in Dutch, English and preferably also French
Communicative
Accurate and good attention to detail
A hands-on, flexible and positive attitude
Stress and time management skills
Team-player
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an advantage
