REPORTS TO:

The crewing & logistics manager

JOB OVERVIEW:

You will be responsible for the management and planning of the marine and project crew working onboard the vessels. This include administrative follow-up of the crew (certificates, PO’s, travel, etc.)

In addition, you are an administrative and organizational talent who likes to carry out support tasks in an international flexible project organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Keeping the marine and project crew information system up to date.

  • Checking the marine crew certificates.

  • Applying seamen books.

  • Organizing crew changes (travel ¿ appointment letters ¿ logistics).

  • Creation of purchase orders related to the crew changes and personnel working on our projects and onboard our vessels.

Profil

  • Bachelor level

  • Good knowledge of English. French, Dutch or German is a plus

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Experience in people planning in the maritime industry is a plus

  • You have an attention for detail, willingness to learn and can interact well with all kinds of people
