What can you expect?
As an Administrative Consultant, you are the Michael Jordan of file management! As the person responsible for the administration of our clients, you play an important role in managing mailboxes as well as supporting the business in challenging circumstances. You are the linchpin of the company, and colleagues can count on your helicopter view whenever some chaos might appear.
Administrative Consultant at Tobania, tell me?
- Boost the finance industry: as a B2B as well as B2C consultant for our finance customers, you tackle administrative issues with knowledge and expertise.
- Provide administrative support: from managing bank guarantees to processing internal mailboxes to releasing corporate or retail records, you handle the whole administrative process for your portfolio of clients.
- Teamwork makes the dream work: you are the glue between various departments. You communicate effectively and know how to escalate issues. On the other hand, you also advise our customers on ways to improve their internal procedures towards end users.
Who are we looking for?
Besides your obvious drive and motivation, you’ll increase your chances by combining two or more of these criteria:
- Studies: you have a degree related to Finance or Office Management.
- Experience: none needed, but if you have some, we’ll gladly accept.
- Languages: you are native in Dutch or French and speak the other language moderately well.
- Personal interests: finance has always been your ‘thing’.
- Strengths: accuracy, organisation, independence, customer-centricity and being a team player.
- Expertise: you’re a problem-solver and have an analytical mind.
