Our client is a renowned player in the Benelux automotive sector. This market leader is looking for a bilingual administrative support to enforce their leasing department located in Zaventem.

Job Description

Administrative Support - Automotive Sector - Your tasks:

  • You deal with all incoming requests from the dealer network (by phone & mail)
  • You are the first point of contact for the company’s dealer network
  • You prepare contracts for the different Business Units
  • You assist in making proposals by using the company’s online tools and advise the financial products
  • You work closely with the account & sales managers within the company
  • You calculate early terminations of current contracts
  • You proactively think about improving processes

The Successful Applicant

Administrative Support - Automotive sector - Your Profile:

  • Strong interest in administration
  • Fluent in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English
  • Good communication skills
  • Structured and detail oriented
  • Autonomous, flexible & proactive
