Team/division description:

Value Chain Parts & Accessories Operation Division = (PAOD)

Value Chain Mission: Provide best in class customer services & products whilst making breakthrough in core business and establishing the ever better mobility foundation

Parts & Accessories Operation Division (PAOD) functional purpose: Deliver attractive and high quality accessories on-time and right service parts at right price and introduce them at the right time.

Your responsibilities:

  • Parts order from TME warehouse on behalf of PAOD members (using specific ordering application)
  • New models accessory line-up received from planning team upload to Toyota internal systems, checking and corrections of any upload issues
  • Creation of new model accessory project specific templates
  • PAOD Budget control: creation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, processing and checking of receipts and invoices, new suppliers creation/updating in budget system
  • Handling PAOD newcomers training matrix: summarize necessary trainings, creation and monitoring of training files for every newcomer, handling and update when necessary the newcomers training information
  • Organization of PAOD divisional meetings: planning, booking, setup and meeting follow-up
  • PAOD office (Location: TCC): Layout 4S handling, meeting rooms maintenance (organization and relevant supplies order), dashboards and smartboards management, IT requests for plotter issues, performing IT requests on behalf of division members
  • PAOD general administrative support: badges requests handling, vouchers/cards, daily post pick-up and holiday planner handling
  • PAOD newcomers (behalf of them) PC/equipment ordering, badge and phone number, mailing list handling, access request for the specific applications
  • PAOD pool resources management: phones, test vehicles number plates, projector handling/coordination and online reservation, issues management

Your profile:

  • You are fluent in English (TME business language)
  • You have good knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • You have a good communication skills and ability to interact across the business
  • You have a timeline management understanding (deadlines oriented)
