We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a concept provider who can translate complex ideas into simple, straightforward, and impactful visuals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build compelling presentations to sell his/hers ideas and work collaboratively with various internal teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver innovative concepts that align with client goals, while staying true to the company’s creative direction and objectives.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, impactful, and visually appealing designs.
• Create and deliver persuasive presentations to effectively communicate and gain stakeholders buy-in.Analyse briefs and generate creative solutions that work within the given boundaries and constraints.
• Brief and collaborate with colleagues from Graphic Design, Social Media, and Digital teams to ensure cohesive execution of creative concepts across all platforms.
• Adapt visual concepts for various media, including print, video, social media, and digital formats.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and boundaries, delivering tailored creative solutions that meet their requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our visual communications are cutting-edge and effective.
  
  

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US

• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of impactful visual concepts and designs.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to sell ideas and concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of various media formats and the ability to adapt visual concepts accordingly.
• Ability to analyse briefs and generate creative solutions within specified boundaries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with institutions and understanding their specific needs and constraints is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, another European language is a plus.
