Tempo team is recruiting an admin/production assistant for one of its clients located in 1000 Brussels

Jobomschrijving

Technical administration profile - production or paper

Experience in order management at a paper manufacturer, consumable management at a photocopier vendor, paper management at a printer and good knowledge of Excel (pivot table).

Tasks to be performed on a daily basis :

. Encoding and verification of the printers’ paper consumption
. Verification of the codes on the books according to their encoding in SAP
. Encoding gema sap paper orders
. Management of paper encoding in SAP
. Follow-up of paper deliveries to printers
. Ensuring all stages of sending printing orders to suppliers (Casterman’s own computer system "TXT")
. Encoding in SAP of the arrivals of the works for distribution
. Complete management of reference copies: code verification, dispatch, storage in the library
. Copying of accounting documents for the files and sending the originals to accounting
. Follow-up of marketing materials with receipt of the mock-ups (supplier reminder if not in time), then the mock-ups are to be listed and sent to the marketing department
. Different analyses based on extract worked in excel in dynamic cross tables

Jouw aanbod

. You have 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
. You have a good level of English and a good command of the Pack office.
. Knowledge of SAP is appreciated.

The proposed salary is : 2200€ gross/month
