As an Associate Scientist in CLD, focusing on iPSC Cell Therapy, your primary role will involve supporting the creation of innovative iPSC lines aimed at advancing the development of groundbreaking hiPSC-based cell therapies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform state of the art cell culture techniques in the field of human stem cell maintenance
  • Perform in process analyses and cell-based assays for characterization of engineered stem cells
  • Support routine lab activities such as stock management, environmental monitoring, cleaning and equipment maintenance
  • Collect and record data accurately following standard operating procedures in compliance with Quality Management System
  • Write technical documents such as protocols, reports, and operating procedures within the Quality Management System,
  • Review technical documents for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Propose solutions and participate in investigations whenever needed

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in (applied) biological science or related domains
  • Experience in industry within GMP settings
  • Demonstrated practical experience in cell culture techniques is a requirement (such as, maintenance of cell lines, cryopreservation, cell counting, media preparation). Experience with stem cells is a plus
  • Experience with CRISPR technology is a plus
  • Experience of Flow cytometry and cell sorting is a plus

  • Willing to work during week-ends
  • Good communication skills and team-player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of English both written and verbal
