BePark, a leading player in the real estate industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a B2B Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our clients and driving revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the real estate industry to make a significant impact and contribute to our continued success.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients in the real estate industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing product information, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value of BePark’s services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and follow-up calls with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify potential opportunities for growth

Requirements

Do you recognize yourself in the description below ?

  • You have had a previous experience in B2B sales or in a B2B client facing environment
  • You are fluent in French and in Dutch => Mandatory
  • You enjoy social contact and meeting new people
  • You are solution-oriented and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are customer-centric, obsessed with your clients’ pains
  • You are organized, rigorous and focused
