In this key role, you will expand and elevate our B2B universe by cultivating lasting relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring that every partnership reflects the craftsmanship, heritage, and elegance that define Neuhaus. You are more than a dealmaker; you are a true brand ambassador. You bring our story to life in every meeting, event, and collaboration, combining commercial excellence with authentic connection.

As our B2B Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of this segment, strengthening key accounts, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring that every Neuhaus experience feels as refined behind the scenes as it does in the box.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Nurture and grow relationships: Cultivate existing B2B customers and secure new partnerships, with a focus on key gifting moments such as Christmas, Easter, and Saint Nicholas.
  • Expand our reach: Identify and engage high-potential prospects in sectors such as hospitality, finance, and fine food retail.
  • Scale the SMB segment: Shape a smart, scalable, and efficient go-to-market approach to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with impact: Partner with event and partnership teams to enhance brand visibility and create memorable business experiences.
  • Ensure flawless execution: Work closely with our atelier to deliver excellence, from production planning to perfect delivery.
  • Optimise with elegance: Partner with our Digital Project Manager to streamline workflows, integrate automation, and elevate operational efficiency across the B2B journey.

TO BE

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with at least 5 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development.
  • Customer-first mindset: You build genuine, long-term relationships and turn satisfaction into loyalty.
  • Multilingual proficiency: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Strategic & structured thinker: You balance creativity with analytical precision.
  • Organised & reliable: You thrive on clear processes and deliver with excellence.
  • Natural networker: Skilled in expanding professional networks and identifying opportunities through authentic connections.
