HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You manage the retail store and maximise the performance through achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives. The Boutique Manager will be responsible and accountable for the successful development of all boutique related activities. The Boutique Manager is the ambassador of the brand and builds relations and networks inside and outside the Boutique.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Highest level of customer service in the Boutique

  • Achievement of sales, profitability and CRM targets

  • Recruit, develop, and retain Boutique personnel

  • Insure perfect stock management

  • Development of annual business plan in cooperation with local headquarters (sales initiatives, events, etc.)

  • Manage operational execution (Policies and Procedures)

  • Staff organization/ planning,

  • Daily motivation of the team

  • Supervision of Boutique maintenance (security, systems, furniture, contracts, etc.)


SKILLS

  • Strong management skills

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • SAP knowledge preferred

  • CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) knowledge preferred

  • Languages: French, Dutch, Flemish, English


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Minimum 2 years in Retail Management responsibility (Manager or Assistant Manager).
