Brand Marketing Manager - EASTPAK / JANSPORT

Eastpak is looking for a passionate Brand Marketing Managerto join our Global Marketing team based in Antwerp, Belgium, reporting to the Global Marketing Director.

Reporting to the Global Brand Marketing Director you will be responsible for tying together all the brand communications to ensure a consistent global brand identity, campaign and communication direction.

A fully involved role in all aspects of Eastpak marketing. You will create the key brand stories and bringing them to life both internally and to the global consumer audience.

What you’ll do:

• Own the Eastpak Brand Global Marcomm calendar
• Deliver Eastpak/JanSport seasonal sales preview events (international GTM sales conference) assisted by trade marketing specialist and VM team
• Lead the Eastpak/JanSport trade marketing structure to deliver innovative and engaging trade tools to help support the success of the sales campaign.
• Pioneer B2B marketing tactics to influence the success of in-season campaigns
• Drive the seasonal Eastpak consumer campaigns – working with internal/external creative teams to curate the brief, manage the budget and deliver against deadlines for all brand campaign
• Drive Eastpak communications – Lead the global PR briefing, working with external PR partners to deliver impressive brand awareness
• Distribute brand assets (press releases, campaign content) to the marketing/PR teams to enable brand launch success
• Develop strong relationships with Eastpak collaboration partners to ensure seasonal success, working alongside the partners to deliver sales support tools and engaging consumer facing campaigns
• Translate the global Jansport plans for the EMEA marketplace – defining the strategy and execution for EMEA activations
• Manage the seasonal sales tools and campaigns budgets
• Report quarterly on campaigns and communications highlights
• Manage and mentor the Trade Marketing Specialist

Travel: 10-15%

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar marketing/creative function, ideally from a fashion/ apparel industry
• Proven track record in marketing, brand management, campaign planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects, internal and external partners and stakeholders
• Customer-focused and with a deep understanding of customer needs and market
• Experience in people management and working with external partners, agencies
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Hands-on approach
• Creative Eye with an Attention to Detail
• Highly Organized yet Agile
