The OpportunityAs an IT Business analyst / Business Engineer, you will take responsibility for the implementation of payment solutions in our organization, from the genesis of an idea to its successful go-live. Jointly with our internal and external customers, you refine the market vision and identify resulting requirements on or our processing applications and surrounding systems. Your expertise will enable you to play a key role in shaping the solution and in defining the details of the solution in close cooperation with our development teams. Good public transport connections facilitate the way to work.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Analysis of customer and company needs
  • Solution design for affected business applications, in cooperation with the development teams and architects
  • Feasibility assessment and cost analysis
  • Active steering of the implementation, jointly with the development teams
  • Supporting the launch into production of new business features
  • Acting as an interface function between product management, sales and development
  • Leading small projects
Who Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
  • Degree (FH/University) in IT or Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience, preferably as a business analyst, business engineer or requirements engineer
  • Dynamic personality with can-do mentality
  • High motivation to influence market development
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Customer-oriented and communicative personality
  • Very good English other languages are a plus
  • Experience in the payment industry is a “nice-to-have”
