SERVICE OVERVIEW
1.1. SUBJECT
Under the supervision of the Head of IT Team, the contractor will be in of gathering, analysing, document and manage the requirements of web applications.
S/He will also cover the quality aspects of the project.
S/he will closely collaborate with all the project stakeholders.
1.2. TASKS
– Identify users’ needs
– Gather, analyse and document (non-)functional requirements including changes
– Document, manage and review technical specifications including changes
– Analyse the impacts of changes and assess risks
– Perform cost/benefit analysis
– Provide feasibility studies and cost estimations
– Define and apply quality procedures
– Monitor developments and ensure requirements are met during implementation
– Define test cases and acceptance procedures and criteria
– Test and accept deliveries
– Meet and collaborate with business representatives, software architects and developers
– Be the interface between the project lead, the business representatives and the developers
– Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer from, in and to the team
– Report progress, change requests, issues and work status to the project lead
1.3. AREA OF EXPERTISE
– Excellent knowledge of business analysis and business process modelling
– Excellent knowledge of functional analysis (use case model, user stories…)
– Excellent knowledge of non-functional analysis (performance, security…)
– Excellent knowledge of impact analysis and risk assessment
– Very good knowledge of quality and testing methodologies and principles
– Very good knowledge of CMS and web development methods and principles
– Very good knowledge of information architecture
– Good knowledge of user experience and web design principles
– Knowledge of project management methodologies
