KPMG is currently seeking an Advisor/Senior Advisor with a focus on Public Sector to join our Digital Program Delivery Services’ team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Your role will be to participate in digital transformation projects in the public sector.
  • You participate in the business analysis of digital projects, where you identify stakeholders and capture their needs, define business requirements, translate them in functional and non-functional requirements and turn them into IT solutions.
  • You get familiar with the relevant IT solutions and can implement use cases. As a key-user you are able to provide end-users with hands-on training.
  • You contribute to the growth of KPMG Technology Advisory and KPMG Connected Solution by identifying new opportunities in the market and facilitating the sales process, participating in proposal writing and managing customer agreements.
  • You follow market trends and evolutions, participating in and organizing networking events.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a pro-active mindset, and are dynamic and flexible to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • You are client-orientated and a real team player.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can facilitate business changes.
  • You have fluent communication and facilitation skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • You have advanced knowledge of methods and techniques in IT-projects like requirements engineering, user experience design, functional analysis and business/solution architecture.
  • A demonstrated knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban...) is a plus.
  • You have experience or at least an interest in public sector, government agencies and the broad political context.
  • You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 3-5 years of experience in technology consulting with a focus on business analysis.
