Who you ARE matters


Are you passionate about numbers and eager to be a true business partner in an innovative manufacturing company? Then this position as Business Controller might be perfect for you!

Your responsibilities:

  • You are the driving force behind monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting.

  • You provide accurate financial insights and support to other departments.

  • You perform variance analyses against budget and previous year figures.

  • You ensure that controlling processes align with Saint-Gobain’s internal compliance regulations.


What you DO matters


Your profile:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Finance and can communicate fluently in both Dutch and English.

  • You are proficient in Excel and Power BI. Experience with an ERP system is a plus.

  • You are results-oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset.

  • You take ownership and are driven to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

  • You have a holistic understanding of business processes and communicate effectively with other departments.

  • You are a critical thinker who enjoys optimizing processes.
