We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Life Sciences to join our Staffing Team. By joining our journey, you will bring your experience, network and energy to help grow our client portfolio.

Novellas Healthcare is a leading recruitment agency specialized in the Life Sciences industry in the Benelux region. We accelerate the growth of life sciences companies (biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical devices) by matching top talent with the right opportunities in the market.

Your Responsibilities :

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and reaching out to new potential clients in the Benelux.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Presenting our solutions and services to convince key decision-makers.
  • Promoting the image and reputation of the company by participating in trade fairs, congresses, workshops and conferences.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to effectively adapt our commercial strategies.
  • Supporting the recruitment process in collaboration with our staffing team.

Your Profile:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a healthcare-related field experience as a pharmaceutical or medical representative is a plus.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience building strong networks in the life sciences industry.
  • Result-oriented, proactive and responsible.
  • You are familiar with consultative selling.
  • Ambitious and energetic mindset.
  • Always on the lookout for new business opportunities.
  • Stress-resistant and able to multitask.
  • Bilingual French/Dutch and proficiency in English.
