Responsibilities


As BPM, you play a key role in supporting Etex Industry on developing and implementing Salesforce (known as One CRM at Etex):


  • You bring significant insights into the organisation from analysing One CRM data to facilitate your teammates’ commercial activities, foster closer collaboration and identify ways the organisation can improve.
  • You bring key users, stakeholders and ETEX IT together in one process and drive One CRM system improvements, including marketing automation.
  • You are part of the inside support process and are the main contact person for all process and how-to related questions that can‘t be answered by the level one support.
  • You play a key role in both the implementation of Salesforce, user adoption and drive improvements in Salesforce user efficiency, working closely with sales teams and other divisional teams, including our global One CRM BPM network.

Building on insights from One CRM, you provide support in identifying training and development needs for sales teams and facilitating training on key learning platforms (Talent2Grow).


Requirements


  • Team player mentality & self-motivated
  • Master’s degree or equal through experience
  • Effective communication
  • Critical thinking and analysis are necessary to have an impact on the organization in this role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce (that you currently have or develop) is also critical.
  • Effective communication skills will assist in linking your role to management and sales teams across a wide range of geographies and sub-markets.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors, to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to confront tough issues and contribute to collaborative solutions
  • Willing to travel
