We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Business Process Project Manager to support our client in leading high-impact transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that both new projects and process optimizations are successfully delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Role & Responsibilities

After a thorough onboarding process, you will take ownership of various improvement projects within the organization. You’ll work closely with key users and process owners across different business units to streamline cross-functional workflows and identify optimization opportunities.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating new business projects and the optimization of existing processes
  • Analyzing complex, cross-domain business processes and translating needs into concrete, actionable solutions
  • Acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders, management, and external partners
  • Managing all core project parameters: scope, timelines, resources, and budget
  • Guiding and supporting stakeholders through every phase of project delivery
  • Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and adjusting plans where necessary
  • Reporting directly to the BPM-IT Manager and contributing to continuous organizational improvement
The Ideal Candidate

You are a natural communicator and facilitator, with a strong grasp of both business needs and process dynamics. You combine structure with flexibility and enjoy steering teams toward impactful results.

We’re looking for someone who offers:

  • A proven track record in project management, ideally within cross-departmental or IT-enabled change initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex process flows
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and change leadership
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality with a structured, methodical approach
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence at all levels
