Job description:

• In the Agile DT2 project organization, you will become one of the Scrum Masters for the dedicated calibration agile team. In this team you will steer the calibration engineers and work closely together with the other SM Calibration and the relevant product owners.
• You will be in the lead to host the Agile related meetings where project tasks are planned/discussed/reviewed, including: Sprint planning, Daily stand-up and sprint review/retrospective meetings.
• You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the calibration tasks in order to efficiently remove roadblocks
• You will be a key stakeholder in budget/timing/scope discussions on project and program level
• You will be involved in overall project reporting, both to internal and external (customer/suppliers) stakeholders
• You will directly report to the Chief Engineer Secondary Applications, but will also be responsible for the base development related calibration tasks

Profile:

• Master in Automotive, Electro-Mech. or Electronics Eng. with a strong interest for automotive
• Experience/affinity on calibration development is a strong plus
• You have a high sense of urgency, enabling to set the right priorities. If needed, by aligning with the required stakeholders
• You have a pragmatic approach, combined with a can-do mentality to remove roadblocks and drive/lead a team to success
• You are flexible and can accommodate in a changing organization
• Leadership skills with a structured approach are key in order to successfully give direction to your team
• You are reporting accurately and timely, able to summarize complex topics in a clear way to both internal and external stakeholders
• Spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of Dutch and French are a plus
