Job Description

Become a Chemical Operator at Johnson & Johnson!

Are you a recent graduate in chemistry with a passion for innovation? If you answered yes, then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

  • Produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Drug Product Intermediates (DPIs).
  • Scale up and develop new chemical and physical processes.
  • Launch new medicines and manage the commercial production of important existing medications.

Your Impact

  • Execute chemical reactions and physical unit operations.
  • Resolve daily production challenges and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate in a high-tech environment to realize new technologies and process enhancements.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards with a focus on patient safety.

We would love to hear from you if you meet the following essential requirements:

  • Recently obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, process technology, or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work in a continuous shift system.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on high-quality work and compliance with GMP procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities efficiently.
  • Team player with a flexible attitude and eagerness to learn.
