We want to empower companies and financial services to measure, analyse, plan and execute their sustainability objectives while enabling them to efficiently and effectively comply with regulations. In order to sustain our rapid growth and scale our operations to the next level, we are looking for a highly motivated COO to join our team.

Objectives of this Role

• Collaborate with the senior management in setting and driving organisational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organisation goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organisational outcomes are met
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive and measurable goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
• Lead employees to encourage maximum engagement, performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the Company’s top management and directors on all matters of importance
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
• Manage relationships with technical partners/vendors

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
• Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or similar role
• Demonstrable skills in strategic planning and business development
• Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Working knowledge of Cloud and typical SaaS applications
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
• General awareness of regulatory issues and strong knowledge in the field of sustainability
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
