Roles and Responsibilities: you will report to the Civil teamleader
  • Maintain regular maintenance to all sanitary installations (toilets, showers, sinks, restrooms, water supply, sewers and drainage) on the buildings and execute small repairs. (e-Merge tickets & maintenance program).
  • Maintain regular maintenance to all safety-showers and eye-washers and execute small repairs. (maintenance program Emerge)
  • Complete small repairs and modifications to the building (walls, ceiling, floor, roof, …)
  • Provide support for civil works/modifications.
  • Take part to develop and update JSA’s. Coaching on co-workers and contractors to stimulate the daily use of the LPS Tools (LPO – JSA – SPSA)
