Can you see yourself stepping into a family-sized CRO with an excellent team atmosphere and reputation? This opportunity would allow you to manage and grow an already stable and motivated team of 9 CPMs and CRAs. You will also report directly to the CEO who will allow you to work with autonomy, while also supporting you every step of the way.Responsibilities
  • Manage performance and development of internal and outsourced clinical operations staff.
  • Ensure that operational processes and standards are updated according to changes in industry regulations.
  • Advise clients on how to efficiently design and manage requested services.
  • Be involved with bid defence and budget review.
  • Manage and coach 9 direct reports (6 CRAs and 3 PMs).
Requirements
  • 2 years minimum clinical project management experience (ideally from a CRO),
  • Must have some experience with Data Management, Statistics, and Medical Writing,
  • Line Management experience is essential,
  • Ability to build relationships with vendors and clients,
  • Must be able to coach a team, to ensure they can grow, develop, and deliver.
