Overview

Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Job Summary

Due to continuous business growth and a strong study pipeline, we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Operations team. This position will work with our operational teams to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
  • Primarily support Site Relationship Coordinators in conducting feasibilities, building and maintain site relationships and liaising with site personnel;
  • Coordinate and provide meeting minutes, schedule appointments, set up events, make travel arrangements for staff/ visitors;
  • Maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities;
  • Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary;
  • Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • BSc a Life Science subject is preferred;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Experience in a health sciences or business setting;
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
  • Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
