As a CNC Operator, you are active in one fixed workplace in Grimbergen.

Here you find Equans’ Bending department, where we have 3 modern, state-of-the-art CNC controlled boring machines for creating welding chamfers on tubes and bends.

As the world’s largest manufacturer of pipe bends produced by hot bending we have the technological and machine capabilities to produce bends for the most advanced onshore and offshore oil and gas pipeline systems and specific applications in the chemical, petrochemical and energy sectors.

What do you need?

The job?

  • A2/A3 diploma or equivalent by experience
  • experience in the metal sector and good materials know-how are advantages
  • accuracy
  • team player with hands-on attitude
  • flexibility (2-shift system)
  • Dutch and/or French
  • program, adjust and operate CNC boring machines
  • first line maintenance of the machines
  • correcting and signing off bends
  • determining the correct approach and processing of various products and materials
