Description

Responsibilities of the CNC turner:

  • programming and operating DMG MORI CLX350 lathe using Siemens 840D / shop turn
  • programming directly on the machine
  • tool management
  • working in steel, cast iron, bronze and stainless steel
  • tolerances 0,01
  • measurements of the parts using micrometers + quality control
  • small series (mostly max. 5 pieces) also single parts are made on CNC machines
  • design and drawings on paper according a model
  • reading technical drawings
  • maintenance on the lathe

Company

Our client is a family owned company located in Ronse Belgium. They are specialized in hydraulics and as a service partner for Bosch Rexroth they sell hydraulic components (pumps, motors, valves, filtration, accumulators, cylinders, …), give service and perform maintenance on hydraulic installations/systems.

Our client has also a well-equipped workshop to produce and repair hydraulic cylinders. All machining (turning, milling, boring, welding, grinding, honing, chrome plating, mounting, testing, painting) are done in them facilities. They can handle cylinders up to 30tons.

Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC turner.
  • Programming skills.
  • Interested in long-term cooperation.

  • Salary: from EUR 3,000 net/month.
  • A Belgian employment contract.

  • Monday 8h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
  • Tuesday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
  • Wednesday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
  • Thursday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
  • Friday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 15h
  • Saturday 7h to 12h (on a voluntary basis)
  • 38 hours at 100%
  • Extra hours at 150%
