Communication & Digital Marketeer BeNeLux (m/f)

Your role

• You recommend and define the communication strategy and plan within the framework of the total marketing plan. This is based on thorough analysis and key-learnings of our performances and market/competitors’ trends and dynamics.

• You are responsible for development and implementation of the defined communication strategy and plan within set targets. Lead projects with full A to Z responsibility and ensures correct execution and excellent timing and budget management. Some examples of type of projects:

  o Organization of webinar series campaign (lead acquisition & follow-up)

  o Creation, planning & implementation of automated e-mail flows based on behavioural triggers

  o Lead generation campaign (SEA, social media) to recruit training participants …

• You track and evaluate constantly our performances with recommendations to amend/stop/increase set initiatives to improve results.

• You represent the Benelux in cross-functional or cross-regional task forces work groups around communication/digital strategies or initiatives

Your profile

• You have a Master degree or similar level in business or communication.

• You have 3-5 yrs experience in marketing communication with prior experience of e-mail marketing, social media management, CMS, SEA/SEO and other digital marketing initiatives.

• If you have experience in building world and B2B sector then is that a clear plus.

• You have experience in working, communicating in a matrix organization.

• You are used to work in a complex international and multidivisional organisation having to manage different data-input, ways of working and priorities.

• You are fluent in writing/speaking Dutch & French and good in English with excellent communication and writing skill.

• You are a Team player.

• You are a convincing person en likes strong stakeholder management.

• You are driven and focused on results, and have a ‘can do’ attitude.

• You have an analytical & structured mindset: able to make strategic conclusions, reflections and recommendations based on analysis.

• You have an eye for detail.

• You are creative, problem solver, challenges status quo.
