Compliance Analyst Junior

The mission of our Compliance team is focused on compliance with laws and regulations, as well as compliance with internal procedures and policies and rules of conduct to prevent damage to the reputation and integrity of Keytrade Bank.

Your Mission

The main purpose of this function is to assist the five other Compliance Analysts with the following tasks:

Anti-money Laundering (External Fraud):

· Documentation and analysis of risk clients and atypical transactions

· Periodic control of the client data base in the light of (inter)national AML regulations

· Setting and developing operating mode (visual or textual descriptions of all standard operations needed to reach a specific goal) such as the PEP.

Market Abuse:

· Analysis of cases of suspicion of market abuse;

· Drafting /Updating the guidelines

· Setting and developing operating mode (visual or textual descriptions of all standard operations needed to reach a specific goalComp) such as the PEP.

· Provide reporting on a regular basis to the Compliance Officer.

Desired Skills and Experience

· You have a Bac or equivalent by experience;

· You have an at least 3 years experience in a compliance department of a Financial Institution – and preferably in the retail banking ;

· You are stress resistant;

· You work in a precise and meticulous way;

· Good knowledge of written and spoken French-Dutch-English
