Bingoal is a Belgian company with more than 20 years’ experience in providing online and offline sports betting and casino games. Today, Bingoal is a dynamic and ambitious company looking for a reliable and motivated Compliance Officer. As such, you will be responsible of ensuring full compliance at Bingoal to support its activity and continuous growth.

The Mission

As a Compliance Officer at Bingoal, your main responsibilities will involve:

• Ensuring full compliance with sectoral regulations both in Belgium and abroad (Netherlands, Malta, …)
• Collecting information and ad hoc reporting
• Daily monitoring of transactions
• Investigation & due diligence linked to suspicious activity
• Reporting to management

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 yearsof relevant experience in a compliance department, ideally in a regulated financial services environment; any international experience is a plus
• You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in legal or business fields
• Any training/certification linked to compliance/AML/GDPR/DPO is an asset
• Thanks to your education and experience, you have gained a thorough understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks, compliance, risk management, control and governance, …
• You speak fluent English and Dutch; a good level of French is preferred
• You are at ease with technologyand digital tools
• You have an affinity with Bingoal’s activityand sector
• You are excited to use your strong analyticalskills and have and eye for detail with heavy focus on accuracy and delivery
• You are a skilled communicator and can get your message across clearly, enthusiastically and constructively at all levels in the organisation
• You possess solid organizational & planning skillsallowing you to efficiently work under pressure
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, enjoy taking initiatives and work autonomously
